Our Learning

Linc Ed

We are delighted to be able to launch our new innovative communication and learning system LINC-ED. A huge amount of work is going on to customise the system to the needs of our school and develop our staff through ongoing professional development as we embark on this journey of new learning.

The process at this stage is to:

  • Support staff in using the many aspects this tool has to offer.
  • Enter up to date assessment data for all children.
  • Utilise this system for communicating with parents.
  • Support goal setting within Linc Ed in Reading, Writing and Maths for all children.
  • Develop student capability in relation to using the tool to share learning progress throughout the year.
  • Develop parent capability in relation to being part of their children's learning journey through all that Linc Ed has to offer.

Our aim is to implement a robust system that allows teachers, parents, and students to access learning in an online environment that is secure, easy, and effective. In terms of security, LINC-ED commissioned Andrew Horton, an internet security expert, to write a report on the security features of the system. Andrew reported that the system was “as secure as some banks”.

LINC-ED allows teachers to share learning anytime, anywhere and this can be viewed on any device. We are excited about the potential that the software offers. The system is designed to build year on year so that over time you will have access to comments, assessments, images, video and helpful resources all in one place.

How do I access my child’s LINC-ED page?

Step 1

Visit https://csn.linc-ed.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Step 2

Your username is the email address that you have previously shared with the school. Enter your email and then click Get New Password.

Step 3

An email will be sent to you containing a link for you to click on. The link will take you to a page where you will see your new password. If you choose to personalise this, you can delete the generated password and enter your own strong, secure password.

Step 4

We will be using this to share notices with you and later in the year you can enjoy reading, viewing and listening to your child/children’s learning.
